With over 20 years of UK Property sales experience, starting from Lloyds Bank’s property division in the U.K back in the 90s, Winson moved from London to Hong Kong in 1997, his roles included heading the Hong Kong-based London letting and management agency, and working for a Hong Kong property developer. Then joining CBRE’s International Property Department in HK in 2012, Winson was one of the top brokers and was then promoted to Co-Head of Department in 2017.
Before establishing London and Victoria Property, Winson served as the Head of Asia for Lodha Group, one of UK’s leading luxury property developer and successfully launched London’s most prestigious projects including One Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, Lincoln Square in Holborn, and Holland Park Gate in Holland Park.
Winson is a qualified lawyer by profession, specializing in conveyancing and commercial law. Currently, he divides his time between London and Hong Kong.
